Beneficiary: 35 children of Konika Night Shelter and Kindergarten
Indian Dental Association, Howrah Dist. Branch organised a free Dental check-up for our children of Konika Night Shelter and Konika Kindergarten. A team of Doctors ( Dr.Anup Bose ,Honorable Secretary, Dr.S.N.Mukhopadhyay, Dr.Kaushuk Roy) came with well equipped instruments for the check-up. They even gave a demo of how to use a toothbrush properly, how to brush your teeth properly and maintain good oral hygiene. All the children were provided Fluoride Medicated Oral Gel, Mouth wash, tooth paste & brush by Indian Dental Association, Howrah Dist. Branch.
Good dental or oral care is important to maintaining healthy teeth, gums and tongue. Oral problems, including bad breath, dry mouth, canker or cold sores, tooth decay are all treatable with proper diagnosis and care. It is advised to visit a dentist whenever there is a problem with it.
